Week 3 : Freshers week, alot of activity around the college this week, the place is kinda buzzing. Most days this week there is a show on in the student center. Thursday we saw a hypnotist which was an exellent show and very entertaining.

College again this week is moving along very quickly. Getting the hang of some subjects but others i will have to work hard on. Got our first few projects aswell which will keep us goin for the next few weeks.

Went out on Wednesday and Thursday nite this week and both nites were exellent, although Thursday nite in Cubins niteclub was the freshers ball so it felt like there was twenty thousand in there it was so packed.
Week 2: This week lectures are starting to settle down and the timetable is pretty much complete for the rest of the semester. I have started to get a wider view of the aspects of this course and even though i know it will be very tough, i feel that cause i have an interest i'll hopefully get through it.

Started to get to know a few people in the class also which is great cause we can talk about how were all getting on. Dont tink i went out at all this week, next week is freshers so ill have to keep onto the coin for that.

First Week

Second time around in CIT so on Monday it was nothing new for me. Alot of waiting around while classes were being sorted. It was on Wednesday that we properly got started into the course work and so far im finding it pretty interesting, but i know it will also be tough. The college hasnt changed much since I was here in 2007, im still seeing the same faces around the place. Most subjects in the course look very interesting and im looking forward to the year.

Thursday night saw the first college Thursday of the year and every club and pub was packed. Went along to Cubins myself and had a great night, although its a shame the country girls are still shy,..... but im sure they'll come out of their shells haha.

Saturday saw me getting up a half 9 in the morning and getting ready to drive to Sligo for a Cork City match, but my buddy and myself decided that we just watch it on tv that nite instead.

Walking around town on Sunday morning I couldnt help but notice the lack of interest and colour in that afternoons All-Ireland Final. You can bet if it was the Cork hurlers in that final the city would be a sea of red and white. Watched the game at home and cant say i was suprised at the outcome. Simply put Cork cant beat Kerry at Croke Park and Sunday proved that.
